My wife and I are moving to the Iron Mountain area from NE Iowa and had fears of this being a difficult process simply due to the distance. We went through a couple different realtors…Things were starting to get a little frustrating but then we found Jana. She was awesome! She is friendly honest, patient, very hard working, and just fun to be around. We had tentative ideas of what we wanted in a home but we went back and forth quite a bit (probably not idea for a real estate agent). It didn’t take Jana long to understand what we were thinking and how to move forward. She always stayed in close contact and sent frequent updates on possible homes that she thought were best suited to our wants and needs. Jana ALWAYS stayed positive (which helped us stay hopeful and positive). She told us many times to not make an impulsive decision, to keep looking and stay hopeful. Many realtors would pushed us into buying a house just to get us out of their hair. She showed us many homes (more than average😬)but in the end she found us our place and we couldn’t be happier! We haven’t moved in yet but we’re so excited!! Our new home is exactly what we wanted… Jana worked her but off! On the ball all the time, very knowledgeable, resourceful, respectful. We will always remember this as exciting and even fun experience! It’s all about the people!! We would highly recommend using Jana for your next home buying experience!!!

We had been looking for a home to accommodate our family. We had bad experiences with realtor here and just about gave up. I finally broke down and prayed for a realtor that would not only help us find that house to fit our needs but to also sell the house that we loved but became to small for a family our size. Driving home one day, I saw THE house and called the agent listing it, Jana. Well long story short, this wonderful woman jumped through hoops to get us in! Our family is ecstatic living here, it is such a blessing. To top it off, she found someone who loves the house we loved but outgrew. Jana went above and beyond as and is a true go getter! She treats you like a friend not just another customer. Thank you Jana!

We had the pleasure of working with Jana Vish to find out first home. I cannot say enough good things about her, she worked tirelessly from late nights to early mornings and even Sundays to help us find a home that suited our needs and budget. We were on a time crunch to find a home, and Jana made it feel so possible, she would schedule showing immediately after we showed interest in a home. She was also extremely kind and patient with us as we are first time buyers and had no idea what we were getting into! She walked us through everything and was very candid with us about the entire process. I cannot recommend her enough!!
