    June/July 2025: We worked with Lucas Davidson from start to finish, and never regretted doing so. A complete professional and wonderful guy, Lucas took time to thoroughly answer any questions we had and put us at ease. There was never anything we couldn’t talk about with him; we could go over all concerns or details anytime, and he would “go to bat for us” as needed. Lucas also cared about helping us find what we could afford and wanted; he didn’t just schmooze for his commission. We had already started talking with him in 2023, checking out a few listings and discussing home-buying finances and process, and even though we were not in position at that time to buy Lucas didn’t dismiss us or make us feel bad for asking questions without buying a home that instant. Lucas is a 5-star realtor; highly recommend! If ever we look to sell/find a new place, he will be the one we contact first. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Lucas Davidson is a fantastic realtor to work with. Although we hadn’t met him before, it quickly felt like we’d been friends for years. He was always patient and willing to help us, even when we didn’t really know where to look or what we wanted.
