This Cabin is located on Ponozzo Rd. with 3.90 acres of land and just a couple of minutes from 65 acre Hannah Webb Lake and 1,038 acre Perch Lake. The location is ideal to access these wonderful lakes with public boat landings and fishing at its best. You will find yourself surrounded by the Ottawa National Forest which offers never ending miles of amazing forests to enjoy hiking, hunting and just enjoying the peace and quiet of this spectacular area. You can drive 10 miles North to Sidnaw, Michigan and make a stop at Lake Sainte Kathryn, Norway and Nesbit Lake before you will arrive in Sidnaw on M28. The cabin has shared well access with the neighboring cabin but needs the pump and has to be connected to the cabin. There is a working generator for power. There are additional storage buildings to keep your outdoor items out of the element. The generator has its own shed and there is an outdoor toilet on the property.
